David has CEO experience in innovation companies having worked across start-ups, media and technology sectors. He founded and sold two media and communications businesses to establish Australia’s 2nd largest direct advertising agency. David works both as a mentor and a consultant focusing on innovation, creativity and business acceleration.
David’s professional career began with American Express following from which he founded what was to become one of the leading Direct Response Advertising and Communications Group in Australia, with prestigious clients including American Express, British Airways and St George Bank. Onselling the business to McCann Erickson, David led the combined agency to become the country’s 2nd largest. David later also founded a new start-up, MMI, which he built to become a leading provider of customer loyalty services running British Airways Frequent Flyer program. David’s highly successful track record in start-ups and entrepreneurism along with his innovative approach will complement the Foundations’ work.
